Refund policy

Returns are allowed for 15 days after item is received and tags must be on the garments. You will be responsible for shipping your items back.

No returns on worn shoes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping and Pickup policy.

Any purchases you make on my website or in this FB group MUST be picked up within 48 hours of you receiving the confirmation of your order being ready.

Fulfillment typically takes 24 hours of a business day (Monday-Friday)

This gives you 3 to 4 days depending on your order to pick up your product.

If you choose to not ship your items you must pick up ONLY at the address you select when you check out within 48 hours of receiving your ready email.

If you do not pick up within these guidelines the order will be refunded and you will be charged the fee I am charged by the credit card company for the purchase fee and the refund fee.
