All of my classes are faith-based taught. I teach yoga from a biblical perspective. Classes are open to anyone.
CHRIST CENTERED YOGA
Thursdays at Lee Park Church
6:30pm at Lee Park Church ALL Levels Class. Beginners are Welcome. Donations accepted for this class.
PRIVATE INSTRUCTION AVAILABLE
Customized for you
Private classes are available with one on one instruction to better meet your needs as a practitioner. Private classes are all written to meet your individual needs and goals. Private classes are available in person or online. 
CORPORATE YOGA CLASSES
Workplace Yoga Class
Corporate Yoga is a great way to bring everyone in your office together and do something fun as a group. It improves workplace morale and increases productivity. Your staff will come away from class feeling recharged and refreshed. Please contact for more information.

There is nothing better than a Bride that recognizes the need for Stillness with the Lord before her wedding. Whether you are treating your bridesmaids or your entire Wedding Party I have the perfect class for you. I have been doing these for a few years now and this type of class is such an added touch to your wedding festivities.

If there is one appointment all moms need it is an appointment for prenatal yoga. I have one time sessions up to entire pregnancy packages for Mom-to-be. Please contact me for a quote.
